UPDATE:
I got my car back today, I arrived slightly before the dealership closed. Busted my *** at work to get off early, and guess what? The car is worse than it was before. In addition to the clutch NOT being fixed, the rear-end gears are making noise and the panhard rod is evidently worn out. my dad also thinks the tranny is shot. i paid the $200 deductible and nothing seems better. what can i do? they have to fix it for free now right?
This whole thing is starting to become a nightmare.... Ever since I was young, the WS-6 has always been my dream car and now it's just a nightmare and I want to wake up.
It's so embarassing driving this gorgeous car down the road and not even being able to put it into the next gear. Thanks for any help in advance.

the warranty doesnt cover the clutch, they lied and told me it did, so they were willing to fix it once. and 2 years down the road if it happens again, i would have had to fix it at full cost to me. But those guys are ******** and the are the biggest lying dealership ever. So do NOT do business with Smithfield Chevrolet Jeep in NC, or suffer the same fate, you will lol.
Usually if your just cruisin and its liking to pop out of gear its your trans. Im asuming bent forks, bad syncros...Since you have an extended warrenty take it to another dealership and try to get a trans out of em...Something is up if your panhard rod rear gear and trans are being funky?...was the car repainted, can you tell? is there tape marks or overspray anywhere at all if so you can get the dealership that way..as long as u asked if it was in an accident and they say no. They just screwed thereselves over..And dont bother with carfax that doesnt tell u squat..
