Need A Life Long Good Job???
We are looking for one (only one) really motivated mechanically talented guy that is ready for that once in a lifetime career opportunity.
We are a small custom manufacturing company located in Garland, Texas. We design and fabricate Diamond Drill Bits for the oilfield. We have been in business since 1984 and offer a stable work environment for someone that has a good work ethic and a solid basic mechanical understanding of tools, measuring, and machine functions.
We are only a 5 man company and everyone here is like family. We don't hire and fire easily. We use lathes (manual & CNC), mills (manual & CNC), welders, saws, hand grinders, diamond tool post grinders, furnaces that go to 2200 F, and all hand tools that you can think of. We want someone that loves to work 6 to 3 for 5 days and all the overtime you can handle and is willing and able to learn and progress just as far as your abilities will take you.
Our minimum wage is $10/hr and that is for a trial 90 days. If you don't make it after 90 days you leave and no hard feelings. If you make the cut we will keep you and increase you to $12/hr (or more) with a $2/hr bonus for the 90 days you already worked. If you are a machining wiz then you may just instantly graduate up to between $14 and $22 per hour (plus bonus). Now that is for someone that can do most of what we do, and that would be rare in 90 days, but we would welcome someone that would be worth that much. That is a realistic $25,000 minimum to a $50,000 a year gig, but this is not for some guy who wants to just punch the clock. The two owner/partners work right beside you, so if you have it we will know and if you don't then we know that too.

seriously,
if you guys are in need of jobs check this site
https://cpolwapp.belvoir.army.mil/pu...fNom/index.jsp
Every job for the US army all around the world is posted here.
Open the site, select the stat you want and then click yes or no under Applicant Eligibility and search. Its much easier to find jobs this way than searching for something specific.
I would highly recommend applying for a job qualify for, not just search for jobs in your current field of work. Once your in the door you can apply for any job you want (much more than is listed here). Just about every one I work with came in the door as something else.
Most of the time they will even pay for your school to change lines of work!
I have never worked in a place that in the same week you can have sick time, vacation time, and over time until I stared working as a civilian in the army.
