Default Just wanted to say Hello!!!

Hey everyone,

I resgistered to the site about a week ago, and have been going through old thread feeling my way around the site before I posted anything.

I have been into American Muscle since I can remember, as you might figure from my screen name, i was a huge Mustang Fan, but always had a soft spot for the WS6.

I had a 91 Mustang LX that ran 10.80's, a 93 Notch that ran 11.50's, and a 03 Cobra that ran 11.80's on the stock F1's.

I got out of the car sceen for about 2 years and the itch really came back, and the only thing I was interested in was find a WS6 Trans Am. So after looking high and low for about 6 weeks, I had settled on one I had found online in Florida, i was going to have it shipped up to Michigan. Just days before I was scheduled to go to Florida I found a 2001 Red WS6 M6, with 5600 miles on it, about 25 miles from my house. Since it was the middle of the night, I had to wait until the next moring to call on the Ad. The guy selling the car told me he had someone flying up from Texas the next day to buy the Car, but he had not wired a deposit so I was free to come and view the car. To make a long story short, i paid $500 over what the guy Texas had agreed to pay, and drove away with the car that day.

I bought the car last June and did not do a thing to, when I put it away for the winter it had 6624, and through the winter I did a lot of research and settled on Livernois Motorsports to do my mods of choice. I had Heads, Cam, Intake, Headers, custom made Y, and Borla installed on the car, along with frame connectors and some other suspension parts.

The car made 494 hp and 453tq at the wheels, I have had it back for about 2 weeks only driven the car twice, but am really happy with it so far.

I look forward to being a member here, this forum seems a lot more tame than some of the other forums I have belonged to.

Well your right I didnt settle on Livernois, I had talked to some people and they swore by them, but I had only had ever had stuff done by Alternative Auto Performance on my Mustangs. I am really happy with the way I was treated by them, and the work they did. I will post some graphs, and pictures of the car tomorrow, I am at work and the Dyno sheet is at home.

I live in Genesee County.

You would be surprised about the number of cars from Genesee county go to Livernois, even if it's a hike. Did it make that number on Livernois' dyno?

They were great, they came and got the car on a flat bed, then brought it back to me on a flat bed. Yes, that is what the flat bed driver handed me when he dropped the car off. They dyno'd pre work, and post work.

Where you from Blazer??
