Lol, I'm still not completely sure what I want to do with my car when I get out of college. I'm keeping until at least then, but after that, I still would like to get an LS1. I haven't really driven my car too much, mainly because I've been trying to save up enough money to fix it and have been trying to do the work myself, but it isn't easy when you are making minimum wage, and trying to have a decent senior year summer.

Wouldn't it be easier to take a 13 sec car out of the box? But hey what do I know? FI an LS1 and you have a nasty combo.

Yea...but that's not what my daddy had in mind for me...so I went to the next best thing, and this aleady had a bunch of money put into it, so I figured why not. Thing is, on most of the DSM forums, I keep hearing that LS1's and FI don't really work well without some major work because of the aluminum heads. Can anyone speak some truth into that...or is it just the normal car owner's "discriminating" against another type of car.
