Default Problems with LS1 motorsports!!!!

I ordered their Direct Flo lid and a filter from them on the 29th of august. I left 6 emails none to which has been replied to. I called them yesterday, and the rude customer support guy said one brief sentence then hung up. He said, "order number... it will be shipped tomorrow, we are running behind."
for a company that promises all over their website that you will have the package in 7 days or less. If they were that backed up, they should have emailed me and told me.
never dealing with them again... should have gone with TSP!

I'd call them back and ask the person who answers if you can talk to their boss. Keep doing that till you get someone with enough authority to do something. Good luck.

I had a similar problem...It took calling my bank and having them get me back my money cause I had asked for a refund and they did not give it. and I had never recieved any merchandise....
on top of that..more than 2 months have passed and some o2's I had ordered along with a loudmouth(the loudmouth did not show up) just showed up...I had to mail it back to them. when I caled them to figure it all out..the guy acted like no conversations had ever taken place....
I dont think they're tyring to be fraudulant...but I do think they need to hire some people who know what the hell they are doing so It doesnt seem that way....
If I can talk anybody into another distributor... then I will....
I really need to vent case I keep seeing others get pissed at those crack-heads(I dont knoow if they really do crack or not)

maybe one of them willl get on this board and make a post apologizing to the people that get the shaft from them....(whether accidental or not so accidental)

Like I said...call the BANK...have them get your money back...and take your business somewhere else.Just make sure to call and cancel your order at ls1 motorsports(now quartermile performance). and record the conversation...even if you gotta buy a cheap clip on mic from radio shack and use your home stereo and a cassette to do it

Talk to Rob Raymer. I had a problem getting a part, and he came through. It was not his fault that I waited so long. He was at the mercy of a supplier that was having problems with the guy that actually built the part.

**** happens. Hope you get it worked out.

When I call I usually get Jonathon, and he seems very cool, usually he does not know who I am so I don't think I am getting special treatment... Next time get the name of the person you are talking to.

Hey, I can't try to tell you that I know why you have had the problem you've had. I am looking into it as we speak.

What I can do is apologize and tell you that I will do everything necessary to make sure it doesn't continue to happen.

The only real reason that I know of, which is by no means any excuse, is that it's most likely due to to my absence over the last 4-5 weeks. As many of you know, I was out due to some serious family health issues. I am now back in the shop everyday from 10am-6pm.

Again, I do sincerely apologize for the trouble. If you have any specific problems to discuss, please PM me or call me direct.

Thank you.

I returned Eibach Prokits back in August! I sent several e-mails and called numerous times. I tried delling it out with the manager Jonathan and he has no integrity. He said the reason my money has been refunded is because I ordered a shifter thats on hold. My car is A4. When I told him that he said that he got my order mixed up with another one. He said I would see $229.00 hit my account early next weeek. That was over a month ago. My wife called to aks Johnathen about the refund and still he inplies that I ordered a shifter after he told me i got the my order mixed up. Now I am at the point were I want to speak directly to the owner ROB. I lefet Rob several PMS and sevreal e-mails and still no response from an owner who vents off on the above message that he sincerely apologizes for the problems. The past 3 days I attempted to get him on the phone and their Slaes Rep says hes busy and he will return my call. Today I asked why he hasn't returned my phone call and she said he is busy. Also they have no 800 phone number so all calls are long distance.
