I figured I'd leave a bright note with the conclusion here. Joel and I spoke on Monday. Today I received the refund money, every cent, back into my account and he's shipping my wastegate back to me. Case closed for me.

Great to hear. I am looking to resolve my issue with him. I am out over $5400 with him still. How did you get in contact with him. I can't seem to get a hold of him in any way.

I know of 2 friends owed more than $10,000 total by Joel and they are looking for him. They will kill him if they catch him.

Just found the box (someone brought it in and didn't tell me). Got my wastegate back today too. EVERYTHING is done and good.
