thunder racing please step up what is happening? you used to be my go-to guys.
you charged me for my fuel pump on dec 30 (even though it wasn't in stock) and told me it would be drop shipped.
i dont need to be calling and following up on such a simple order with such an established business (once on monday is too many all ready)... tighten up.
yes i was told your computer system was messed up so i dont need to hear that one. it was not messed up enough to keep from charging me, and its not too messed up to keep you from calling racetronix to put the thing in the mail.
please change shipping to expedite on your dime. (not that my original 13 for shipping wasn't enough to cover that anyways.)
i would appreciate a tracking number in the reply.

David, Got it taken care of just like we talked about yesterday. Sorry about the mix-up. Our computers did get their brains scrambled on Monday andTuesday, and I was about to pull my hair out. You should be good to go and I will email your tracking number later this afternoon.
