I do not frequent this forum and I apologize if this is in the incorrect place.
I have a buddy with a 93 Z28. I ordered some valve springs, locators, and retainers from a company in CA called Speed Engineering for him. www.Speed-Eng.com This was three weeks ago. He has not received his parts, they will not respond to any emails I send them, and they do not have a phone number listed on their website.
Has any other members here experienced any issues with this company? Does anyone by any chance have a phone number for them?
Any and all help is appreciated.

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. I did an online purchase but the product was never shipped. Private messages to the vendor and email to their customer service went unanswered until I posted a complaint on the sponsor feedback forum. At least there wasn't a charge posted to my account.
I doubt that you will lose your money since they are a sponsor here, but their customer service has room for improvement based on my experience.

Here is Speed Engineering's Phone Number. 559 324 1631.
You're correct. I couldn't find it on their website either.
I used Business Directory Assistance to find it by calling 1 800 466 4411 and then clearly speak the Business Name and the City and State its located in. I keep this number in my cell phone and it comes in pretty handy at times.
I purchased my Spohn T/A from Speed Eng. a couple summers ago and had it in like a week or so. I haven't ordered from them for a while, so I can't how their customer service is presently performing, but my experience with them was good.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for the information fellas. I used my buddies debit card (should have used a cc) and he claims it was charged. I highly doubt he actually balances his account so it may or may not have been, just going off of what he says. I'll let him give them a call tomorrow.
