Default TEA Customer Service Inside

I brougt my car to them last Monday(January 19th). I had dropped the car off to have some work done by Brent and a few others there at the shop. Needless to say their price for the work, installation, and parts were unbeatable.... I'd rather not get into the $$$ part of this story. Moreover, I'd like to point out the work effort and customer service they went out of their way for me....

So, Brent was told that I REALLY needed the car back by that coming weekend. He definately had enough work to take longer than that. Even though the odds were against him, he put in the extra effort(along with the extra help from his fellow "Pit Crew"). They worked EVERY NIGHT on my car monday through Friday 5 P.M.-11P.M. To ensure it would be finished in time. Alas, Saturday comes along and I show up. The car wasn't completely done yet. Remember this is Saturday. Instead of answering the phone from his NICE GF all day......he worked on my car not till 11...not 12....but until 1:45 A.M. Sunday morning!!!!!!

Unfortunately for me......Brent wasn't completely satisfied with his tune for my car. So, frustrated, I left the shop with the car(probably not the smartest thing to do).....Sure enough, 2 hours away back in my hometown, the car died on me the next day.......I called Brent and woke him from a nap~!(guess he was tired from the earlier night ).......

Guess who was in my hometown the next night???? BRENT!!! HAHA, this time the comp he brought to load a new ls1 edit file wouldn't load(nice luck I've got going so far huh?)......so he basically helped me change out some plugs that had been flooded out, and made sure I got the car to my house......then he made the trip back to Bowling Green.....

Guess who was back the NEXT day???? BRENT!!!! He showed up this time prepared for the worst....loaded the new file, and took my car back FOR ME all the way back to TEA in Bowling Green....2 hours away....

As I write this, Brent is getting my car strapped down to the Dyno YET AGAIN to get the tune PERFECT.......

I tell you in the world of the LS motors, where it seems any power is attainable(like 500rwhp on a stock bottom end.....congrats to the two shops), It really impresses me that these "Big Boys" take the time out of their day to take care of the little guys like me. I have NEVER been treated so well by a shop in my entire life!!!!

I will FOREVER be a TEA fan for this!!!!

THANK YOU TEA
TEA !!!!

First of all - that is the best customer service testimonial I've seen in a long time. Second it shows how that extra effort can pay off when all of us see your comments. I'm sure you will be happy with the end result.

Thanks,

I don't post too much on here, like most of us here, I just READ CONSTANTLY....hoping to learn a little. I'm already happy w/ the results Brent got out of the car......but he isn't. Somehow, that's even better!

The really scary thing is.... that like Cammin said, this is typical and not just an isolated event. This has become the norm for TEA. Makes you wonder when they sleep. I will be posting another thread in the coming days with my somewhat similar experiences w/Brian & Brent over the last couple of years.

Hey Brian.... you should teach a course in CS.....on second thought...nah...let'em try to catch ya'

Same here - excellent customer service - even before I was a customer.

The only problem is that you get used to this kind of customer service and when you have to go somewhere else you end up wishing TEA sold more stuff direct!

TEA takes a lot of time out of their day to help out people like us, and they are some of the most honest businessmen I've ever met. They don't sugarcoat or exaggerate anything.

By far and away the best customer service in the LS1 market, hands down.

Impressive, I've heard nothing but great things about them.
As soon as I can cough up money for heads, I'll be buying them from TEA.
