They still refuse to do anything for me.
This is what they told me
The only thing that would cause the shock mount to deform like that is a lack of shock travel, extremely worn shocks and/or too light of a spring for the vehicle weight. The shock is jack hammering into the a-arm due to one of these issues, which most likely also blew out your ball joints.

Soft is the problem, we have seen this a few times before in the past. When the front shocks are worn out there is soft (little to no) compression resistance. Every time you hit a bump the shock is fully compressing and bottom out in itself. That causes a jack hammer effect in to the a-arm. Basically, you need to get new front shocks and it will solve your problem.
I've had, a full set of their ball joints fail, a torque arm, and both lower a-arms are now deformed. Their customer service literally said, "there is nothing we can do about your issue." Thanks Meagan.
This is a street only car, even if I wanted to run it at the strip I would get kicked for not having a cage in my convertible. I don't hit potholes and my shocks are not bad. I never drive the thing, I have maybe 8k since I installed their product during the summer of 09. I'm currently replacing every single part they have on my car since they don't work.
Nothing from the company, no replacement, discount, or return. If they have no warranty and no return policy then there is no reason for anyone to run their junk.
I talked to another company, apparently Spohn still uses a non boxed plate for the shock mount. No only is this not going to last, they aren't going to do a thing for you when it breaks. Still no response from Spohn.
