Default 6LE Designs slow response

Anyone else deal w/ Mark Delisle of 6LE designs?
I was interested in the seat covers he advertises on his website. They looked good. I ordered a set in March 2012 and after spending over $1,000.00 I have yet to even hear if they are being shipped and it now nearing the end of May (almost 3 months). I'm begining to wonder if this vender is legit and going to deliver. Should I be concerned? The only contact I have had with him is several e-mails to which he has been very slow to reply to (several weeks). I probably should have checked the feedback on him before I ordered. Have others been satisfied/dissatisfied with his service? I would be very interested to know. His website has several other products that I would be interested in, but if I eventually get what I ordered, I don't think that I would be willing to repeat the experience.

Sorry just saw this. What is your real name (so I know which order)?

Unfortunately the seats have been a struggle on EVERY order. When we first started the guy we were going through got threatened by another vendor not to sell to us...

The next guys (which are GREAT) are local and I go down every day but they are just in high demand and slow and the worst part has been my embroiderer kept messing up the material due to a machine that broke (repeatedly) and just delayed SOOOOO many of our orders...

All new orders are going to go through our shift boot supplier to smooth out this process, the seat covers have definitely been a learning curve HOWEVER, every set we have gotten out has been 1000xs better than ANYTHING I've seen on our cars at shows, from Katzskins, from CamaroKing, etc... LIGHT YEARS better.

The lack of response time is my fault. This year I've had some medical issues (nothing life threatening) and gave 50% of my business to my friend Jeff to keep it all going. He is doing an AMAZING job but the e-mails all go to him first then me and sometimes are site's FWDing system has been messing that up and sending days or weeks later.

Just kinks I need to work out... You can always call my cell 8187952511 for a quicker response (texting is great for me as I'm usually on a set when people call though).
