Modular Turbo!
Modular Turbo! I recently placed an order with Modular Turbo (CBR) for some of their power steering lines for relocating the lines to clearance a truck manifold turbo set up. I ordered them late on a Saturday and received them the following Friday and that includes the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday so I would say the shipping was excellent as far as speed goes.
The product itself was exactly as expected, and I am very happy with the fit and finish.
Now for those of you who may not be ready to buy a turbo kit yet you can still run these lines. I had a massive power steering leak in one of my factory lines, which was obviously the primary reason for my purchase. I have a stock ls1 at the moment but I am slowly getting the car ready to accept a turbo in the near future, so this would be a necessary purchase at that point anyway. I routed the lines in a similar way as they are designed to be, however due to my alternator not being relocated yet I am not using the supplied mounting hardware just yet. I do not believe they would have any clearance issues with the crank pulley but just to be 100% sure they wouldn't contact it I put a zip tie around my alternator bracket until I relocate that.
