Default Speed inc giving me the run around

I purchased a set of 1 and 3/4 inch Texas speed headers about a year ago with only 5000 miles on them. They are leaking at the collector where all the pipes are welded together... It's making a horrific tick and is causing my idle to fluctuate. I contacted Texas speed and they were willing to help make it right but they couldent find any order info on me and they told me to contact speed inc. I have sent two private messages, no response. I posted on their facebook page, no response. I have filled out the contact form on their website, no response. I have made four attempts to contact them and nothing! It's funny because everytime I tried contacting them I always got a response within a day and now nothing in the last 2-3 weeks. I work every hour they are open and do not have time to call. I'm really fed up with this at this point. I just want my header fixed so my car dosent sound like ****. I hope I can save some one the head ache I am going through with them.

There is a video showing the leak, you can see the paper moving real bad. You can hear the ticking real good in the beginning

Why didn't you just call them?

I assume you purchased these used and not from them directly?

Also, I'm not sure how a leak in the headers would cause your idle to fluctuate.

So how does this even involve Speed Inc? Did they do the initial welding on them or something? If so, why do you expect them to warranty their work after a year and 5000 miles?

Sorry I purchased the headers through speed inc. Thought that would be obvious but guess not. Why should a header go bad before your engine oil? That's a dumb question. So headers are only suppose to last 5000 miles? Texas speed was willing to help me out but they could not find any order info because I purhased through speed inc. All i want is speed inc to give Texas speed my order info...

If that MWC 9" of yours went out after that amount of time would you be cool with it?

Just to clarify things I re read my post and I see where some confusion is. I purchased the headers brand new about a year ago through speed inc. Today they have 5000 miles and are leaking.

In the meantime, Thermosteel is about seven bucks a jar at AutoZone and works pretty well on stuff like that to at least get it going.

Not to be a major dick but call the vendor you bought the parts from an email doesnt work in this instance. You need to talk to a human. Now the second part is how long should these headers be warrantied??( I am just asking because I am a manufacturer and if I have to extend my warranty then the price will have to go up. )

Sean is pretty good about getting back to the customer. I never had a problem with speed inc. Sean would always respond quckly. I understand your working during their hours but if you can try calling. Hope it gets resolved.
