Racetronix Customerr service sucks
While they build a great FP for F-bodies, they suck at customer service. There is no way in hell I would make myself so distant from my paying customers. It has taken several business days to get simple questions answered because they want you to use a "support forum". It is not worth my time to even try to get something resolved with my issue no matter what the problem is. That in my opinion is sad. Every other business in the world operates just fine answering questions over the phone. Why do these guys get a pass?
