Nicky Fowler @ SDPC comes though Just received a call from Nicky Fowler at Scoggin Dickey who seemed genuinely concerned with the problems that I had. He asked me up front what kind of credit I'd like for the hassle and time and I said just the $16 for shipping and handling would be fine; he again asked if that was good enough and I said yes. The call and concern alone was enough to restore my faith in them, and again it's greatly appreciated. I deleted my old post because as I stated before every company makes mistakes, Nicky Fowler and SDPC did come through for me and I'd rather this post be here then the other one.
