Absolute Speed-do they exist?

I know they exist but I don't think they like to email or return calls. Jay had a set of used stage 2 5.3 heads for sale in early May, it sounded like a good deal so bought them. When I talked to him on the phone that day he said they would get a valve job and go out today or tomorrow. Well it's now the May 26 and still no heads. I've called several times and with no luck. I got one email back saying the " I think " the heads went out last week, that was on the 17th. Jay also said he would email me the tracking #. Well no heads, no return calls or no emails. If i don't get these heads this week then I'm calling the CC company and getting my money back. I've patiently waited week after week and now i'm pissed-this is very unprofessional. I was going to send Jay my LS6 heads for the stage 2.5 job but what chances do i have about ever seeing those heads come back?

T T T, I got the new 6.0 from that deal. They came yseterday with a problem.

I talked to Jay today and everything is alright. I just wish there was a little more communication. The guys got an awesome rep and i hope to do business with him again.

Yeah, I'd like to too. We have a couple more LS1's that can use a set. But if new means beat to hell. I won't be calling him back. I can understand all the other stuff. The shipping, the missing pushrods. I really don't have a problem with that. But the scars I have on the mating surfaces concern me. I don't know. I tried to call today too. Left message again, his e-mails keep coming back fatal error. That's okay, I know they are moving. I just think he could take a min. and call me and say, Look, we're moving right now, let me take care of this the beginning of next week or so.

Jay has just moved to a new location and things have been hectic. I will alert him of this post seeing as he has no Idea its up here. His computer has just finally been moved and hes just got back online.

I waited quite awile for my 5.3 heads also. Jay seems like a real good guy, I dont think he has much help at his business + he`s been moving so you should cut him some slack. He probably makes the best heads for our cars.
