this is Mike...the intake guy...the one you had a custom intake painted, tb, brackets, maf ends, valve covers, and chrome bolts...
you have not responded to ne of my emails...you said you sent the MAF ends and fuel lines, and chrome replacement piece last week...now here i am today...no parts, no email responds, no tracking number!!! right after you sent, you said you would get me a tracking number...and when i call you, i don't get to leave a message, your not there...my car goes in tommorow to get all these parts installed so i'm realllllllllly pissssssssssssed off now...get back to me asap please...
i would really appreciate it...
we have come a long way with all these parts, you had plenty of time, this should have been done a longgggggggg time ago...

Well just to get the story straight..... the fuel rails was something I offered to throw in after the fact, the chrome shaft was a replacement for the damaged piece I guess you received in the mail, and I was waiting on a set of MAF ends to return as cores. That's BS I haven't been emailing or responding to you... I just talked to you on the phone this last thursday.... and I've been gone over the holiday's.... and I have been replying to emails.
I will appologize the parts aren't there yet. I thought they went out with a batch of TB's last week.... I looked for the tracking number last thursday after we talked.... well I couldn't find one. Well I got busy and forgot about it.... and then realized today when I was shipping out another batch of TB's that your box was still here because I couldn't find your address. Well luckily I found it in an old email and did get them shipped express mail so hopefully you will have them tomorrow.
One thing you need to understand is that I do all my own work and thus can't answer or be on the phone all day or respond to emails immediately all the time. If I was a customer service rep or sales rep and it was my only job to do that, then yes I can see where you would be upset with me.

I'm sure you're happy with the quality of the product etc., and you're probably just a little frustrated because these kind of things take some time, but hopefully when it's all said and done you'll be a happy customer.
