Anybody else have trouble getting them on the phone...???

I'd like to place an order with them, but have a tech question first...

I want to go with them because they are a supporting vendor on here.

I was talking to them Wednesday and they mentioned going on a holiday trip Thursday and today. I'd try tomorrow or Monday for sure.

That would explain it...they have always been really good about answering, or getting right back to me. Thanks for the info. I'll hit them up tomorrow or Monday.

I'm sure...They are an hour ahead of me, so I'll bet they try and call me before I even get to work in the morning...I'm not trying to push...I'm just one of the "over 50" club and need to talk to a person about some tech, before I pull the trigger "on line".

Mike called me back first thing this morning...above and beyond as far as customer service go's.

Mike WS6 is one of our top dealers and is plenty awesome. On the flip side, we buy many of our non-suspension parts from him as well. Great guy and great company.

Ive ordered more than enough from Mike, hopefully you got ahold of him. Had him go to bat for me with SLP was taking forever filling my order for a Powerflow catback that was back ordered. I don't know how much moneys Ive thrown his way! His customer service is second to none.
