Ok here is the situation with 6LEdesigns. On 7/8/17 I placed an order for a gauge pod that goes in the cubby hole in our cars. About a week later I still have not received the product and never got any tracking info as well. So I send an email stating that I never got the tracking info, and would appreciate it if you could send it to me. He responds and says there is an issue with the waterjet, and that it will be shipped out first thing this morning. He never responds to my question about tracking info. So I wait until the end of the day on the next day and still no tracking number, so I naturally assume it has not shipped. I send another email asking what the deal is now, to which he now says it has shipped first thing this morning and that he is now updating the site with tracking. So i'm like you already told me it was being shipped and that tracking info will be given that day, and now again you are telling me the same thing again only after you said that you would do it the first time lol. At this point i'm thinking these people can't communicate with a crap lol. So now I send yet another email several days later and get an immediate automated response stating that the site is down to to updates and whatnot, and that he will respond to emails the next day when it is up. He also states that orders are still being shipped since that is done through the sites back end. Ok so I wait AGAIN and still no damn response over the next couple of days. So I send another email stating that I will have to pursue this another way if we can't reach a common understanding or aggreement. He responds a couple days later again (a couple of weeks have past by now) saying I have told you multiple times that it has shipped and if you have not received something something then I don't know what to tell you, and if you want a refund then let me know. So I wait a day or two (still no tracking info like promised on two occassions now) then I respond by saying yes I would like a complete refund now. Well it's been three days since that last email and still no response. Oh and by the way it shows on his site that my order is still being processed. Is it just me or is this process of communication just totally unexceptable and nuts lol?
