Racetronix Admin Help I tried several time with emails to get an admin to finalize my request so I can access the Racetronix forum.
I have supplied the necessary documentation of two Racetronix products purchases in at least two emails.
The responses I get are auto generated emails stating I need to activate my account.
When I log in I get a message that I am already activated.
It's my understanding that an Racetronix Admin after activation gives me permission to be able to see and read content in the forums or support articles. That's the piece of the process that isn't done yet.
Please help - been requesting for months. Last request on 4/17/2018. Request previous to that with supporting documenation of purchases was on 3/30/2018.
