The headers they offered me would not be legal on my truck. I live in California and I need smog legal headers. So to offer me something that wont be legal on my truck I dont think was an option.

I remember your e-mail now. It was from Thursday or Friday ( I replied to that one). I tried to get the details from you to get to the bottom of what was going on but you said "its in the past and its over and done with" and you concluded with something like "thank you for your help".

This situation isn't over yet so if you were going to get something for the mix up there was still time for that. And, the person that you spoke with DID explain what happened (two customers with the same name, the wrong one was pulled up when the order was written up to be shipped).

NO I WAS NOT EXPLAINED ON THE PHONE!!! it was explained to me in a e-mail. so get your ******* facts straight. And besides, if it was ship to the WRONG address, ITS YOUR COMPANYS **** UP!! So dont try to make me look bad when i wasnt even tryin to talk bad about your company. I was just stating the facts as of what happened to me. If you dont like what I have to say in here, then fix my problem and get me my headers.

It doesnt really seem like you guys really gave a **** about my problem. And that really hurt my feelings as a FIRST TIME costomer. And now you are trying to make me out to be a dick and that was never my intentions. so you are making your company look even worse.
You didn't say anything about any of this on the phone! From what I was told you were fine with us taking care of the issue for you. Your making it sound like we said "screw you! You'll get them when we feel like it!" That isn't the case.

Hey now, I don't need to tollerate your swearing. Employees are instructed to not deal with people like you and I won't deal with it either so try to show at least a little class. And you WERE told what happened because you held on the phone while the person researched it.

Just a comment, then why oh why is he typing a comment on this forum???? If you, Tbyrne Motorsports took so good care of Him, meaning actual customer service. He should have no complaint's right???

Note If I was your customer here, and had to go though this. You would be refunding my money, I be taking my buisness elsewhere for good. And no I will not be hiding behind my keyboard, I would tell you off in your face if you like. I wish companies would wake up, It only takes one bad experince to spread like this. Excellant customer serivice would not let this happen, and they would been shipped right the first time. Would you let this happen with the money ???? It funny how the money, gets exchange quickly and right nearly 100% of time, But never seems to work the other way.

Sorry had to rant, that comment about acusing people of hiding behind thier keyboard is just stupid. Fact is this thread would not be started of you Tbyrne motorsports, had provided this guy with Excellant customer service. NO if and buts about it. And acusing people of hiding behind thier keyboards is not customer serivce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was never put on hold when i called. and no one researched anything while i was on the phone. The girl on the pone told me that she would leave a note for CAROL. #1 i was never rude to any one on the phone. So you get your facts straight before you accuse me of anything. #2 Carol did e-mail me and affered me a set of TOG headers that will fit but wont work on my truck. Now how is that trying to compasate for a mistake???? Trying to give me something that wont be SMOG LEGAL on my truck. Does that make any sense to you???

Note to all vendors, We the customer, expect the same kinda quailty sevice GM LSx Enigne gives us, out OF VENDORS TOO.

Why should i show you respect if you wont show me any???? Answer me that. I am giving you the chance to get my TOG header to me. I didnt ask for a full refund. DID I??? slamed: I didn't say that you were rude on the phone because I DID say that you were fine there. You were also offered an option incase you wanted to go that route. Some people don't care if they use a block-off but it was an option if you wanted it. Seeing that you didn't want to go that route the correct headers were being sent to you. So what is missing besides you wanting a discount?

We were taking care of getting you the correct headers (this has been told to you). I'm not showing you respect? You didn't see me swearing at you! That can get your order canceled instead of replaced!

That could have been discussed in a nice way if we didn't offer anything (this is done sometimes). Our "conversation" on here tonight doesn't make that happen.

You guys should have offered a discount in the beginnig. Is that what good companys do for their costomers when there is a problem?? And I dont want to wait another month for my headers. I was told 7 to 10 days and here it is a month later. I think thats kinda unfair.

Your not cussing because you aren't the one that has to wait for a part. (I doubt he has the money to go out and buy a new truck because a part took a long time getting in) Bottom line he hasn't had a good experience with your company. Now it's your turn to make it up to him. Your goal should be to not drive people to cussing.

Your correct that they shouldn't have taken that long. I believe we have the non-EGR versions in stock so the ones with EGR were probably sent from TOG. Possibly a delay on their end but I won't know until tomorrow. The whole situation wasn't over yet so a discount might have been offered in the end. That can happen when there is an issue with an order. I believe you just contacted us about this towards the end of last week. You need to give a company a chance to take care of everything (like we were) before saying that we're screwing you. The first set took to long and then went to the wrong place. That's not good and I would be upset too but let the process finish first to see what happens before getting to this point.

What happened with your order shouldn't have happened and what happened in this thread shouldn't have happened.
