Lawnboy

In regards to #1 you stated in your post "I have been on his case everyday to do the right thing". Now you say thats not true! Which is it? Do you or do you not talk to him on a regular basis?

Also, you state "Having heads in stock ready to be shipped, anyone can offer Jay this". Well, its appears that there are at least twelve people on this board alone that could not even get one set of heads that they paid for in advance (some a year or two in advance).

You said "I am not responsible for Jays past business transactions, and nothing to do with this war" Post up a complete list of work he has done for you and heads you have bought from him including the dates paid and the dates received. Prove to us you are not part of this scam.

You said "He is a good person and a great guy, and really not out to rip anyone off, I will stand 100% behind that". Give us a break here! Make sure that any money you pay him for his port program goes to complete the unfiled orders on this board or don't buy the port program until all orders have been cleared up. Stand behind what you just said!

If you want any repsect on this board, respond in truth to the questions asked. Post up the truth to the questions asked and the evidence to support it. We're waiting!

I DO NOT own Absolute Speed or do i work for him at all.
I am interested in buying the Absolute Speed Port programs from him, and selling Absolute Speed heads.
Having heads in stock ready to be shipped, Anyone can offer Jay this.

Right away you jump on me and make up things that are not true.
Yes i am very interested in buying His CNC LS1-LS6-LS2 port programs.

I am not responsiable for Jays past business transactions, And have nothing to do with this war,

I am sure he is going to settle with you guys, I just responded to this post because I heard i was been accused in selling Absolute speed heads for Jay.

Anyone who wants to talk to me about this can call 516 769-1423
You e mailed me and said you BOUGHT AS AND JAY IS WORKING FOR YOU! I knew you were F.O.S.

What i said was yes , i have said to him a few times to get his act together, I do not talk to him everyday, Listen if you are trying to blam me for his past transactions, well your blaming the wrong guy,

And also i am part of NO SCAM, this was never a scam, it was a business that went bad, none of this is my fault.
I am just another member who also bought a few sets of heads over a year ago from Jay, I dont have to prove to anyone when i bought my heads, Besides my heads are all used older hand ported Absolute Speed heads, Jay was only selling new CNC ported heads now. There's your proof.

Yes i can buy his CNC rights (port progmams) , And sell the best LS1 CNC ported heads around, have them to customers within 2 weeks , Guaranteed,
Take Pay-Pal payments only, And run a honest loyal company.

Like i said his past Transcations have nothing to do with me, Its not me who owes any of you money , parts, heads ETC.

I do understand many people are up set and pissed off about this whole thing.

I would like to try a help out , push Jay a little to get your products, this is the best i can do.

Now i am going to be ran into the ground, Hows that???

Sorry Lawnboy but there's a bunch of hostility floating around out here right now. For you to say you can buy Jay's CNC program and provide customers with Absolute Speed heads within two weeks obviously is going to **** off those of us that paid a year ago for heads that we never got. For you to PM, email or however you contacted someone and told them you were the new owner of Absolute Speed and now Jay worked for you was a really, really bad move on your part. But hey, it's your life, live it like you want to. Though I/we really do appreciate any effort on your behalf to help us resolve this situation, I don't think saying to anyone you've purchased Absolute Speed or anything dealing with this mess from Jay right now is prudent. If you think I'm out of line with this post, please feel free to contact me via PM, email or however works best for you and I'll gladly state my position at length. A few guys on this thread have contacted me personally and I've talked in detail about this situation with them. We're all trying to get this matter resolved so I'd hope any posts you make or any actions you take are helping with this. Good luck with your future business but please let us resolve this current situation before proceeding. Thank you.

Based on my policy, we won't allow a company to advertise on here if they have old, unresolved transactions to our members.

You can send me a copy of that 13-15 person list too. john@ls1tech.com

Let's get this all done in the net week or so.

I will be selling Absolute Speed heads not that i am Absolute Speed. Or own Absolute Speed.

I have my own business, I am not working for Jay, or is Jay working for me.

I made him a offer to buy the rights to his CNC port program,

I would never sell Patriot performance heads or any one else heads . i like his work, he does a great Job and his heads are proven.

sorry if i got anyone upset, I would be mad myself, But i am just another customer that bought 3 pairs of ported heads from Jay over the last 3 years.

If i buy his CNC port programs, why would i not be able to sell my heads now?

Because you haven't proven that your not Jay's alter ego! Your being evasive and inconsistent with your answers. Post up complete and truthful answers to all questions asked. Otherwise your creditability is suspect!

I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be posted publicly, so Mike M & PSJ, please see below!

Here is my "current list" of LS1Tech outstanding orders for A.S. Ported-Heads:
(Note.... Many of these persons are also awaiting other items like cams, pushrods, etc., and similarly there are other persons that are awaiting only cams or other items instead of heads - so this is NOT an all-encompassing list of awaiting A.S. customers.)

Joel F - LS6 Stage 2
Mike K - LS6 Stage 2
Lance S - 5.3L Stage 2
David W - 6.0L Stage 2
Payton K - 5.3L Stage 2
Jason B - 6.0L Stage 3
Jeremy Z - 5.3L Stage 2.5 & 6.0L Stage 3
Dan F - 6.0L Stage 3
Keith T - 6.0L Stage 2
D. Rounsaville - 5.3L Stage 2.5
John B - 5.3L Stage ?
Jamie S - 5.3L Stage ?
Karl K - 5.7L Stage 2
Will - Rework damaged heads

If any of this is in error or if I've omitted someone, please let me know..... In the meantime, I have asked our Attorney (aka my brother) to temporarily hold-off, pending the possible *positive* outcome of Mike-M's comments about Jay's (our) heads finally being released from CNC-Jail. This ok with everyone, or should I still have him proceed?

- Mike K

I have several people off this list who have disputed charges and who should not be on this list.

Just to clarify Mike (Redhawk), mine are stage II LS6. Not that it matters really but I thought I'd throw that in there.

Also, I think that we should set some sort of deadline for this so that if we don't hear anything, nobody is contacted or receives their heads by a certain date then we should have your brother proceed. This way the date will be known by everyone, and most likely Jay eventually so there will be no confusion or surprises. I don't know what a reasonable time table is, but maybe somebody else has some good ideas.

Maybe a year ago. In my book the time for waiting and being nice ends when someone waits a year for a product.

I would NOT stop the legal process if it was me.

If we can somehow get some confirmation on when Jay gets the funds in hand for the car he's selling, I'd say a week from that date should give him plenty of time to do whatever he intends to do as far as getting our heads out of CNC jail. I don't mind waiting a little longer for him to hand finish the ports on my heads as long as I get some kind of confirmation that my heads actually do exist and all these stories I've been hearing are not just some kind of stall tactic. OK, maybe they were stall tactics up until now but I think you guys know what I mean. I'd say we probably have to rely on Mike M to help us with that info.

Mike M, any chance you can verify for us that the sale of the car has been completed once it's done tomorrow and that Jay has gone to the CNC guy and posted bail on our heads? Also, how many heads he bails out??? Thanks a lot for your help.
