I just realized I will need to order a spring kit, rocker arms, studs, bolts and gaskets.

I am running the TR 224/224 .563/.563 114.
I would like to stay with the Comps Duals, that is what I am running with the current heads. But they are expensive. My second choice are the Patriots. But I will spend the extra money on the Comps if they are worth it.
The heads just look like fine I guess. But they are not polished. There are some pics in my previous post.
This really sucks cause I ordered my heads with Comp Duals.

I would still go after his ***. You got BARE heads but paid for much more. That is like paying a doctor for a heart transplant and he sticks the new heart in your chest but doesnt connect it and does close you back up.
Still sounds shady and I would seek legal recourse.

I agree,this guy really had me believing he was gonna take care of people but to get heads without the parts u paif for is just plain wrong.U other guys are gonna get the shaft,its time to call the BBB or the County this guy live in and go get his ***.

After almost two months of back and forth with my credit card company, I think they are finally going ahead with a charge back. Hopefully, I am out of this.
I lost confidence in the integrity of this situation for many reasons. Supposedly, I put down a deposit on heads that were out being CNC'd. But these heads don't appear to have existed. Constant excuses like can't get valves and now can't get CNC machining. When some one doesn’t have a mailing address, they're usually dodging the law and/or creditors. If you are lucky enough to get something, you probably won't get what you ordered and definitely there is no longer any kind of guarantee.
I suspect that Jay diverted our money to some other purpose and now is hopelessly in a financial hole. He most likely owes his suppliers and creditors, especially his credit card company because of charge backs, and simply doesn't have the financial means to get the needed parts.
He's probably trying to grease the wheel that squeaks the loudest at this point simply trying to stay out of jail. Trying to pacify anyone trying to press fraud charges while hoping that those remaining will eventually give up and will not be able to cause him any serious trouble.
If anyone needs a statement from me for law enforcement purpose, I will be more than happy to provide one.

From some information I was able to gather awhile back, it seems likely Jay has put himself out of business by not charging what he should have to cover his costs and he's probably broke from all the chargebacks from the CC companies + other expenses and doing special favors for people like he offered to do for me. I'm going to wager most of our heads are sitting at the CNC machinist with finished CNC work that is waiting to be paid for. If Jay is low on funds to pay for said work + parts like valves, springs etc. it probably will be awhile before he gets everyone what they are owed.
If this is true, I wish he could have been more honest about his situation with people since I think things may not be as bad as they are right now.
