I haven't heard from jantzer in a week and he said my tb would be done and in the mail last thursday. It has now been a week and I have sent him multiple emails and have gotten no response. WTF???!!!!

 

Chill. Hes just a regular car guy like any other of us.. I am sure his schedule is busy.

He's never ripped anyone else off... so don't even consider that an option. When your get your TB you'll forget it ever took so long.

If you did any research before you ordered you should have know that there was a very good chance of this happening. You'll get it, but he's not known for timely delivery.

 

Ya but Shaner had my TB to me the day he said it would be here. Hell if you pay for it and they said it would be there it should be there. So what if its only one guy.

 

I'm not saying it's right, that's just the way it is in this case.

 

But no response? That's f@#ked up. He has not responded to like 4 emails!!

 

Search is your buddy. Jantzer makes a quality product but it's not the best plan if you're in hurry. Once you get it , you'll be very pleased with his work.

 

So did he lie about it being done? I don't understand. He said that it was going to be in the mail on thursday. Did he lie about the timing or is he just avoiding me? I have no doubt that it will be an awesome product, but if he said it will be in the mail, then it should be in the mail!!!

 

I really can't answer that for you. Some people get their product very quickly , some don't. Everyone is always happy in the end.

 

I've read too many stories about Jantzer.

His poor business practices are the only reason I haven't bought his product.

yea i ordered my TB from jantzer. i got the TB pretty quick but it took about 3-4 weeks to get my core charge refund.
