Nitro Dave's Kicks A$$!!
Nitro Dave's tried to work it out with M/T to get them to pay the shipping, but M/T refused. Nitro Dave's is now picking up the shipping cost that would have come out of my pocket.
NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE

<strong>That is awesome. I think i know where i will be getting new tires from. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> </strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">My last set (Hoosier QTP's) was purchased through Jegs, and one of the tires had a hole in it. I had to send it back to get either a refund or a new tire, and both Jegs and Hoosier refused to cover shipping.
Basically I had paid $175 for a faulty tire of which I was only able to get back $120. Jegs no longer gets my business after this.
Both M/T and Hoosier suck *** IMO when it comes to defective parts, as they won't cover shipping even if they send us a defective part.
