Nitro Dave's Kicks A$$!!!! Mickey Thompson sent me a defective tire and refused to cover my shipping to have it sent back, which would have been about $55.
Nitro Dave's tried to work it out with M/T to get them to pay the shipping, but M/T refused. Nitro Dave's is now picking up the shipping cost that would have come out of my pocket.
NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I usually am skeptical about dealing with a new sponsor/vendor, Dave completely erased that notion the moment we talked. <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" /> He went out of his way to get me tires so I can race again, even on my "budget". <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> Here's to Nitrous Outlet! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
