The fear is over! Speed Inc took care of my car and did AWESOME work! I am a perfectionist when it comes to taking care of my car. I am very leary of taking the car anywhere to have work done. Needless to say I was nervous to leave my car at Speed Inc. for a week. I knew they had a reputation for being a good shop, but still, the fear of something happening was there.
So anyways, I bought the GM LT4 Hotcam Kit, ASP Pullies, and BMR Subframes and had them go to town. At the last minute, I decided I wanted new lifters so they were able to get Comp Lifters and Comp Chromemoly rods for the car.
The install prices were the best anywhere as well as the parts prices. The help offered by Jon (he basically set everything up for me, including my appointment) Tom, Larry, and the rest of the Speed Inc. crew was amazing. Everyone there is willing to help.
The car came back a bit oily, but no new scratches or swirls in the paint. I am happy <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
About the car... well it runs real well. The Hotcam was a perfect match for the 3.73s and SY3500. At idle with Macs, offroad y, and SLP loudmouth (on an LT1 mind you), it sounds scary <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> .
I will definetly be back there in spring for a dyno tune, TB & MAF, and maybe a trans <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: The fear is over! Speed Inc took care of my car and did AWESOME work! I really don't like leaving my car at a shop in the hands of people I don't know either (I won't valet). But, Speed Inc is a good shop and they dyno tuned my baby and she came back better then ever!!!!

Re: The fear is over! Speed Inc took care of my car and did AWESOME work! IM NOT A BIG FAN ON LEAVING MY CAR AT ANY SHOP. LAST TIME I DID MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND THE DEALERSHIP SAID I WAS SOL!!! ON THEM PAYING TO REPLACE THE ITEMS LOST. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT SPEED INC. ALSO IM NOT CLOSE TO THE SHOP BUT LARRY AND TOM FIT ME IN ANY TIME I HAVE NEED TO GET IN. THERE SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH IN MY BOO <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> K.
