Brando, there is no story or excuses, please read the thread. Many orders were delayed. We've been working overtime and todays shipments will put us at 0 orders past 1 day old.

Edit: I need to make a correction. We do have a few money order payments that we are waiting for as well as some other in transit mail order payments which haven't arrived yet.

It's all good, I just think you should have warned your customer that it might take a little longer than 1 business day to ship his product... seeing as it did infact take over 12 business days. Lets not forget that there's only 20 business days in a month. lol

It's a good thing you guys are all cought up and have 0 orders that will be shipped out any later than one day.

I guess it just straight up sucked to be readdiction in this situation.
