Have you all contacted Barry? I know he is serious about quality and customer service and if he knew there was a motor loosening or other problems he would probably address it. A lot of people use QTP bcause of their customer service, so I would follow up with them.
well u would think with the onslaught of repairs theyve been getting due to them not working and the fact that they have a charge for this service (its obviously become an issue if theyve made a charge for it) that he would know theres a problem and it would be getting fixed--mine should be back this week we will see how it holds up this time. my motor fell off from the screws backing out--my car has slp subframes that protect it very well, ive never even hit them.

For those with a problem I would contact QTP. They took care of my questions. They offer rebuild parts, and sometimes it is user error that can break them (like holding the switch on long after the motor bottoms out). Not insinuating anything, just throwing out a possibility.
I went thru my QTEC a couple months ago. Took it apart, cleaned, lubed and loctited the important bolts. Works great now.

Bahahahaha I cancelled my order with them due to their customer service, or lack there of. Them -- "Well we're concentrating on our vette stuff right now" "we'll get to those in a few weeks"...Me --- oh, ok no problem, cancel my order then. Loved talking to Barry, just didnt get me jack **** in the form of production from the company.
