Default UMI = the best

I havent made a post here just because I havent been in, but I made a large order with UMI for suspension parts a couple months back and I just want to say that not only are there prices better then their biggest competitors, the product is absolutely flawless, shipping was quick, and they kept me up to date on a certain piece that was missing a core part before they could ship.

A+ price, build quality, and customer service

My shipping took about 3 weeks but the subframe connectors look very nice and came with tons of padding around them. Looks very professional, I'll post an update after I install them.

I have noticed their prices are far better than the competitors for the same exact materials and design. Good to hear their service is good.

Ryan...when its time, I'll probably be going with you're stuff. It looks quality, you aren't that far away, and you always seem to have time to drop by and post up info and help when needed. Great feed back guys, this is the way to do it as I now know, even if I spend a bit more than some competitors, I get great service and feed back if I need it. Happy 4th all

Yeah, they are great. Wonderful product and so far unmatched customer service. I ordered my sub frame connectors from them, then on a separate occasion bought some tubular lower control arms and a panhard rod. The powder coating company screwed up my color and I ended up getting the option to wait for a standard panhard rod, or a free upgrade to an adjustable for the cost of the standard because they had my color in stock. Great company.

I gotta add my experience was great. Ordered online a set of RBs and they email me, letting me they got a better rate for shipping. A couple days later they arrive, excellent looking brackets, getting welded in today.

Now to get hot on that Adj TA will ya's!

My experience was great, only bought his short stick when it first came out and came extremely quick (came in less than a week of me ordering it). But definitely look forward buying from UMI again.
