I have had many things that I have bought from HPE and have had HPE do around $4k
work on my car. I had been to the shop about 5 times before I dropped alot of money to see if they were a bunch of ******** like another shop I had been to before. This was not the case with them. They are a great shop and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get work done right.

I have had HPE do many things for us including a 383 Stroker Motor, new heads, 1 7/8 headers and a Mosier 12 bolt. I ususally try to do a lot of my own work , but they did a great job and have earned my trust in a big way. The whole crew is very nice and pleasant to deal with. You don't have to spend big bucks to be respected. You are treated with respect because that's who they are. HPE is a very well rounded performance shop IMHO.

I shopped around quite a bit before I built my 383. When I spoke with the guys at HPE I got the feeling they would bend over backwards to make sure I met my goals.
Their customer service exceeded my every expectation and the quality of my build is second to none.
HPE earned my business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have had my business since I called them last summer about getting my car tuned. The owner, Chuck, stayed till almost 730 on Friday to finish tuning my car. That's some customer service! They are a 10!!

there quality and service is still top notch. As with any company they may go through changes but there level of service remains a top priority and the customers happiness is there priority! I would go there IMO !

I think it's a properly placed thread myself. The man asked for opinions about a specific local Texas speed shop and the those that have real world experiences are providing their opinions of their service before and after the sale. It opens the door for both the good and the bad. This exactly what I look for when choosing a professional performance shop for my pride and joy.
There are several other shops that would get similiar reviews and some that wouldn't quite make the grade, but it's a real world test that helps the consumer.
This site Rocks!!! Thanks LS1Tech!! MY best mod ever.
