For sure. Its not like I started contacting people trying to "off" the parts. They contacted me, and I have everyone of their emails showing this.

Yes... I am an ex-FLP employee. That doesn't mean anything. I have nothing to gain. Actually... I know more "stuff" than you think. Even if I have a clue on 1/2 of the stuff I talk about... that's still too much. Why do you want me to keep quiet? Don't want the truth to be told. I am just trying to help the people that don't know any better.

-THe customer claims we price matched a 408" motor with LUnati internals. We did not. THe motor we built him, at the price we built it at is for Eagle parts. The customer claims he was told otherwise, which he was not. We sold it to him with a $12XX discount, because he was getting Eagle parts. We offer a full refund.

Tom [ quote ]

Then if it wasnt lunati then wy did the base price was $5,400 it should be more like $3,700 right.

408 eagle $3,700
12 bolt $2,300
drive shaft $380
SLP maf $150
cometic HG $146
timing chain$119
injectors $300
The total for all this parts with no discount is $7,100.I pay you $7,200+.With the discount your talking about should be $5,930

Were is the famous $1,270 discount you gave me?

adding the discount you gave me totals $8,370 dont you think thats a big price for a EAGLE stroker?

Tom wy dont you post the purchase order so people can see it and tell us what they think.

If you cant then I guess I have to,because you say a lot different things here then over the phone.Lets end this for good.thanks

Here is our standard 408 Price $5399.99, and we gave you a $1270 dicount off of that. I dont know what angle you are trying use here, but I am hiding nothing.

You claim we said one thing, I know we said another, on delivery time, internals, etc. so there was an obvious communication gap. We spoke on the phone, and via fax over 80 times! Dont ask me how there was any confusion, but there certainly was.

I offered you a full refund, shipping included. What else do you want me to offer? I think I have done more than most other vendors would, yet you continue to waste energy posting.

Did you send anything yet? ARe your friends taking some of the parts or what?

Mitch, you have no first hand experience with buying anything from us, no first hand experience with us working on your car, no first hand experience with us tuning your car. Everything you say is heresay.....everything.

You dont think we have seen things from other shops that came in to ours? The difference is that I dont approve of any of my employees slandering other shops. It is low class, and anyone with any intelligence will see right through it. Things dont always go perfect in this business, I am sure you can agree, but it is how you handle it after the fact.

Once a shop has someones money, it is easy to blow them off when problems arise, but we have NEVER done this and never will. Sure there have been some unreasonable few, but we try to resolve everything, and take accountability when we are at fault.

Im lost...

If LS1 Speed has offered a FULL REFUND for shipping both ways, why is this Felix guy still posting about how he got screwed? In my experience with aftermarket performance shops, 95% of them would tell you to have a nice day and move on to the next customer. I commend Tom for his offer.

Felix,

Are you kidding when you posted this?

"Then if it wasnt lunati then wy did the base price was $5,400 it should be more like $3,700 right.

408 eagle $3,700"

Either you have buyer's remorse and want an out, or you are playing around. Nobody on the planet can sell you a 408ci for that price unless it was used. Get real.

Mitch, stop posting in this thread. Talk about trolling. I thought you were smarter than that. Keep posting in here or another Speed Inc. thread and I can remove your ability to see the classifieds.

I co-run LS1Tech and got asked to look into this thread, Esli, because your friend Felix Rios has been emailing and calling Speed Inc. 4-5 times a day. The prices are still the price.

Mitch was asked not to post to this thread anymore since this issue does not involve him.

Locked because I kiss *** and you had to jump in and make a useless post.
