A few months ago I ordered and received my Billingsley Racing 9" rear end. Finally got around to installing it about a month ago, but every once in a while I heard this weird screeching sound that would last only a few seconds. Just so happens I was up in Tampa and decided to have RX take a look at it for me while I was up there visiting for the 4th of July holiday. Turns out that somebody at Strange, when installing the pinion seal, left a bearing race in the housing which they use to seat the seal. I was a bit relieved when I saw that since it could have been a lot worse. Being that I was scheduled to head back home the next day, Dino and Kyle stayed late at the shop to get me all taken care of, and on a holiday weekend at that! Now thats customer service!

The following wednesday when I was back home, I sent an e-mail to Amber Billingsley explaining my situation. She instantly responded to tell me she was going to see what she could do to get me reimbursed for the labor and parts. The very next morning she e-mailed me back saying she spoke with Strange, and they apologized for my troubles and would reimburse me 100% for the labor and parts. In less than 10 business days, I recieved the check from Strange.

Glad to know that if things go wrong, RX, Billingsley & Strange have your back!
