Another Thumbs Up for Thunder
Another Thumbs Up for Thunder I've heard over and over how great the people at Thunder are and how well they treat their customers, but until this week, I hadn't had the opportunity to see just how good they are.
I had my 10 bolt grenade on me on Monday 08/01. I called them on the 1st asking for their gear package including 4.10's, install kit, gear lube, and the TA rear cover and stud kit. On monday they had all but the install kit. I called to place the order Tuesday and wanted to make very sure the parts were here to me in Austin by today Friday 08/05 for the gear swap this weekend.
Not only were they very helpful in explaining answers to my obviously newb questions, but they shipped everything out the same day and it arrived to me perfectly yesterday, a day early. Thankfully they aren't too far away from me, but I definitely know where my business is going next time. Thank you guys very much. Your help and support is greatly appreciated.
