$ Refound SPEED INC My friend ask me to post this for him.We order some engines from speed inc.And I found that I got something I didnt order.we canceled the purchase.
I allreday got the money refound maybe about 3 weeks ago.And I had to send engine,rear end and some other stuff to them.
My friend still waything for his.He never receive anything from speed inc.
WHATS GOING ON ?

I dont really,give a **** wath you guy's think.I just wanth speed inc to refound my friends money.
Yeap he has called many times but I guess that dont work with them.

I'm assuming you have called SpeedINC to discuss the Problem. If not, call them first and find out what is going on. If you had to send in your "stuff" to get a refund, they may be waiting to receive the "stuff" before they issue a refund. Chicago is pretty far from Cali, so it might be stuck in Transit.

pretty simple The reason you have not received a refund is because Mike which is our office/customer service manager is on vacation. We had mentioned that when you or your friend had called,but as always you guys always misunderstand things.
This will be handled early next week when Mike returns from vacation and gets caught up..

The first time,you guys told him to waith to the end of the month.wich was 3 week waithing.
after that you guys just throw the ball to each other in the shop.
And I allready got my refound.
It's my friend who never receice any parts.so he didnt had to ship anything.
Mike could off send the refound before he whent on vacation.
That's some really good customer service you guys got there

It just shows how things work out when you try to give people a deal. Bend over backwards to give you an insanely fair price and free parts because we were doing your buddy's motor too. You use some stuff send most of it back where most places would tell you tough ****..... you come on here and whine and bitch and we immediately said “send it all back and you'll get your money back”. We even ate the expensive freight company's bill for the return of all the parts. Instead of using our preferred carrier and our account # we got stuck with a $700 freight bill. Thought you said you'd help us out on some of that... oh well.
Your buddy will have his check - I promise. Mike will confirm the amount; Tom will print it up and sign it. We'll even UPS air it to you.
Coming on here in a non-professional manner as leverage against us is not something a respectable person would do. I don’t care about the details at this point any more - that’s the past. Because of the way you handle yourself and because we value our business and reputation we have gone above and beyond the call of duty to reverse our transaction with you.
