This was edited a week or 2 ago because I thought my problem was being taken care of. Obviously I was wrong..

 

Jason has been EXTREMELY busy. He will get back to you. PLEASE give us a chance to look at the heads. I know it is important as does Jason. That being said, it does take time to examine the heads and we are doing just that. I'm sure Jason will be calling you tomorrow...

TSP recieved the heads August 16th and I still do not have my refund.. I was told that the check was sent to Gomer and that was 1-2 weeks ago I guess... I can't remember the exact date that they told me they sent the check to him on. But what is the damn deal here?? I bought a set of junk heads from TSP, was called a liar by 90% of the people on this board and had my "character" bashed by the TSP family because I sent the heads to be tested and "bashed" TSP for the junk heads they sent me. All TSP said was "get the heads back to us so we can fix this for you.. we want to do what is right for our customers... our customer service is the best around... our customers come first... blah blah blah"

Well where is their A+ customer service at now?? It took me 1.5 weeks just to get a call tag sent out to pick up the heads. I was given the run around over and over about that as well. Left Jason a few messages on his cell phone and never got a returned call. Left messages for Jason to call me 2-3 times and never got a returned call. Finally got thru to him at the shop and was told everything would be handled.. Jason was suppose to send a check out to Gomer since I bought the heads from Gomer. So almost 3 weeks after they got the heads back I still do not have my money. I want my money and that is all. It that too much to ask?

They said they were gonna flow the heads on their own bench in house to see if the heads were bad.. Well, they won't even tell me what they flowed! Hmmm... I wonder why that is?? Maybe cause they were junk.. Maybe cause AFR and Tony Mamo's flow test numbers weren't so "TAINTED" after all.. I told Trevor via PM "if you guys tested the heads on your bench at TSP and the numbers were totally different than what Tony Mamo gave me then please let me know and you can tell everyone that AFR's numbers were bullshit"... Trevor never answered that PM. Imagine that..

People have been calling PRC "Patriot Race Components"... I think that is too good.. Patriot would have had this situation handled immediately without all the bs and I probably would have gotten what I paid for from the beginning with them... Its been nothing but lies from the very beginning.. (Jason @ TSP -"These PRC heads are awesome, they will perform even better than Gomers, we are doing all the work in house now, we are going to take care of this as soon as the heads get here, your call tag is being sent out today, we already sent the tag there must be a problem with UPS, your money is on its way to gomer right now") Lies, Lies, Lies.....

 

has scott received the check yet?

 

No, I talked with him a few days ago and he still had not gotten the check yet.. Scott said that he called Jason and he said "it will be there by Friday" which means that they probably had not even sent the check out yet. Its not that hard to write a check out and stick it in the mail. I mean, they can ship out all kinds of parts but they can't send me my money back.. I know they are busy but its not like he has to go out of his way to do this..

Scott is suppose to call me as soon as he gets the check so that I can meet up with him and get it.. No check, No call..

 

I doubt there has been time to flow the returned heads, I'd be surprised if the box is even opened. I'm sure they will be inspected as soon as there is time available. Only so much can happen in a 8 hour workday (usually more), there are 200+ calls/emails/PM's daily trying to talk to Jason. AFAIK a check had been sent out though.

 

It was 2-3 days after the heads arrived at TSP that Jason told me "i haven't opened them up yet but I'm gonna tear into them today and play with them".. So he should have checked them out by now for sure cause that was more than 2 weeks ago.. I am very curious to see what they flow on TSP's brand new SF600 bench. But, I'd rather know where my money is..

 

I've cleaned up this thread. Next person who deems it necessary to invade one of 1QuickT-A's threads in a bashing manner(which is my judgement call) concerning TSP will get a 2 month ban, no questions asked. I don't care if you post up saying my decision is bullshit, you get two months.

1QuickT-A, you decide to get into a pissing match again with another member, and we'll find a more inventive way to limit your account access, since you are currently resolving an issue with a site sponsor. Brains has many creative ways to do so. I will start with your user title and go on from there. I've asked you, literally, a dozen times to contact me when members bash your threads instead of getting into it. Last chance.

 

I guess I'll go over this one more time for you 1quick. You didnt buy the heads from us. Therefore I sent the refund to Gomer the original buyer of the heads. You'll have to get your $$ back from Scott.. I mailed the check to him... I'll call his cell & see when he can get with you to get your refund...

 

You know I always try to be completely nice to everyone I can, but this is really getting old. I've sent money to the ORIGINAL BUYER OF THE CYLINDER HEADS. The heads were call tagged on two seperate occasions..

Your constant attempts to bash PRC & it's products is really getting old. I'm very sorry the cylinder heads didn't work out for you!

You act like we haven't taken care of you, but I clearly remember offering to build you a brand new set of our newest heads & getting your a set of AFR 205s to try out. I was going to cover your dyno fees, install fees & provide either set of heads to you at no additional cost. Pretty much all you had to do is agree to be test both cylinder heads side by side. If you liked the AFR heads better you could have kept them at no additional cost!

That deal was no good for you so we decided to refund the $$ on the heads. The original buyer of the cylinder heads has been sent the money. From this point on you need to discuss these issues with Gomer.

I'm tired of your posts bashing PRC when we've made you offer after offer that goes WAY beyond what a typical shop would have done for you.

 

1QuickT-A, sounds like your days of bashing TSP are over. From now on I will no longer tolerate any more new threads concerning them. I will leave this thread open concerning Gomer's receipt of his check.

Gomer, once you receive that check, if you would be so kind as to let me know that you have, I would really appreciate it. That would let me know that TSP has fulfilled what I understand to be their end of the deal.

 

I'm not complaining about you sending the money to Gomer.. That is not a problem. We have already discussed that and everything was cool with that. The problem is that Gomer doesn't have the money yet, but you guys told us that you sent the money to him almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not seen the check and neither has Scott. So that tells me that when you said you sent the money out you actually had not. So don't try and say that I'm bashing you without any justification because OBVIOUSLY I dont have my money which gives me the right to complain about it as much as I want to.

When Scott gets the money he is going to call me. They have NOT fulfilled their end of the deal as of yet unless Scott is lying and I find that hard to believe. He told me on Thursday I believe that he did not have the check yet and that Jason said it would be here by Friday.. Well its Sunday now and still no check.. So, how is it that I'm bashing you guys for no reason???

Yeah you gave me a cool little deal to test your heads against some AFR's.. Yeah alot of people would have jumped on that deal, but that doesn't mean that I had to do it. I didnt want to do that and I have already explained it a million times that I did not have all of the supporting parts to do the swap (fast 90/90, injectors, converter, etc). NONE OF THIS IS THE POINT OF THIS THREAD!!! The point is I am the customer and I want my damn money back right now.. Screw your little deals, screw being your little guinie pig.. I want the damn money end of story. You are damn right that this is getting old.. Its been old since the beginning of August when I was tryin to get you guys to pick up the heads.

And just like I thought.. You guys at TSP can get on here and call everyone liars and do whatever you want but thats ok. One customer gets on here and calls you guys liars and they get threatened by Mods and basically called liars as well by the mods. If AFR lied about the numbers then please post up the numbers from your tests on the PRC heads that I returned to you.. Tell us the results from those tests. Since my sole intentions were to "bash PRC" by posting "tainted" numbers then why dont you guys prove me wrong???

 

I honestly don't care about intentions any longer. I just want to have this end. I don't see the need for any more threads about it. If TSP has sent the check, then Gomer needs to alert me when he receives it. That will solve this problem.

At this point I don't care about the details of why or who. I want this over so it doesn't clog the board anymore.

 

I'll update this post when I get a check from TSP. As of yet, I haven't gotten one yet. I PM'd Matt tonight and told him I'd write him a check Tuesday out of my own bank account and I'll get my money from Jason at TSP whenever his check shows up.

 

I talked with Travis tonight also and I think we covered all the bases on this subject. I did not want to post up about this but it just seems like nothing else ever works.. I am more ready to get this over with than anyone else so hopefully this will be the end of this soap opera...

Scott, thanks for the help.. I don't want anyone to think that this has anything to do with you because it does not. You are just the middle man which is unfortunate. Again, thanks for the help!

 

Just wondering if I can be expecting the check this week... I need this money ASAP..

I told you I would write you a check out of my bank account, but you'll have to wait until I'm in B'ham at the dyno on Friday to give it to you.. unless you want to drive up here and you can have it today. I talked to Jason at TSP yesterday and he assures me that the check that he sent is on it's way and that I'll have it by Thursday.

Simple Solutions:
1. Drive up here today and get a check from me out of MY personal checking account.
2. Wait until Friday when I'm in Birmingham tuning cars and I'll give you a check out MY checking account then.
3. Wait for me to get a check from TSP, wait until the bank clears it (5 business days) and THEN I'll write you a check.

I don't care which one you do, but all three of them end with you getting your money back.

 

Talked with Scott tonight and I plan to pick up a check from him on Friday..
