So im waiting on the stall & cam i orderd from THUNDERRACEING...
i decided to call them and switch my order, Sence people keep telling that a 112 will pass smog so i want a 112 instead of the 114...Im still not so sure if it'll pass but w/e i want the best performance for my buck.
Anyways i called them &-NO answer, but a pre-recorded message came on thats said " Do to the hurricane in this area your call cannot be completed, please try your call later"

i really think its cold hearted to complain. they might not have been hit by all the water and all. but they DID lose power, telephone communications and all that kinda thing.....
i would just wait....everything will be fixed....thuderracing is awesome to deal with.

They are supporting online orders right now from a remote site, but as for calling their shop they are only getting intermittent phone service at best from what I understand. They were barely fifty miles from the main destruction of the hurricane and yes they were hit by much of edge. I would calm down and shoot them an email, ask them to switch your order, as well as try to call them once or twice a day.
Also, not to sound like a jackass, but if you had been watching the news or had gotten on the internet the past few days, LA was hit pretty damn hard by Katrina. BR wasn't spared, it just wasn't wiped off the map like NO or Gulfport.

Here i am complaining about my 902 bucks when others lost hundreds of thousands....I guess i was just worried i was gonna lose my money...i also i havent been able to watch the news very much-I mostly try to read what i can from MSN news but i dont think i would have known geographically speaking that they were part of the katrina...
As for an e-mail, i already had sent them one because they sent me one telling me my stall was on back order.

If you will send me your name, I can look up your order and see what is going on. We were without power, phones, and internet for a week, but we are finally back up and running. The phone lines (both incoming and outgoing) are so jammed up that we are having a hard time getting phone calls, but you can email me at angie@thunderracing.com and I will see what I can do.
Even if we did ship your order, you have to remember that New Orleans was our main UPS hub, and they are now having to redirect everything. Even the "boards" that UPS uses for scanning packages and such had to be replaced because their new ones all quit working when the NO hub closed. They are getting things redirected and everything that we have shipped in the past few days is scanning good and being delivered.
Check out the other threads in the sponsor GP section to see the updates that we had been giving all along letting our customers know what was happening on our end.
