EAD Performance - Resolved
I emailed Tim to ask him when it would or did ship and he said he had shipped it FedEx on Monday 19th to me. I was impressed that it had shipped so quickly but confused as my options for shipping were 4 different UPS options or 5 different USPS options. I chose Global Express Mail (EMS) which should've got me the product last week. Fed Ex was not an option on the website.
I asked Tim for a tracking # on Wednesday 21st and am still waiting. I've emailed him a few times and received nothing since Tuesday 20th. His phone voice mail doesn't sound like a business, nor does a google map search of the company address.
Where are all the quality sponsors I keep hearing about on this board? Would anyone here consider EAD to be one?

The LC-1 ships directly from our warehouse, but our warehouse will not ship straight to Canada. I had to have it shipped to the shop first (FedEx tracking #: 697964997734) and then send it via USPS. I did not get tracking when I shipped it via USPS (my fault) but I have included a receipt showing that it has been shipped and is on its way.

I'm refunding your shipping cost since this has taken a couple extra days more than anticipated. You should see the refund show up on your card in 3-5 days.
