HP Tuners pissing me off (resolved)

I am very unhappy with hptuners level of service...my interface was received by hptuners september 30th@8:40am for the i/o upgrade!!!!.......I got some bs e-mail on monday(oct 10th) that he was going to send it out right away.....that was monday and it is now thursday and I still havent received it yet....it only takes one day to ship to me I live 15 minutes away from valencia....which means I was lied to again ,it WASNT sent out mon or tuesday........can someone help...does keith have a phone #.....can I go pick it up....I'm through with e-mails its a waste of time.......I asked for a tracking # monday never got one.........its complete bull that they say 1-2 turnaround on return shipping....its been 2 WEEKS!!!!!!...
No they do not have a number you can reach them at. I wonder why haha.

I sent them an email at 12:30 in the morning and got an answer back in about 15 minutes. Took way less than a week to get my product using payment by snail mail. They've been very good to me including the upgrades. This is not how I was treated and I was their customer before I became a mod here.

I wish I were making it up...keith responded to my e-mail monday and apologized for the delay and said "I'm sending it out with todays shipments"....I should have it already if that were true...I have e-mailed him 3 times since thursday asking for tracking #'s and no responses...all I can do is hope it arrives next week.....The reason I am so displeased is because of the 1-2 day turnaround stated in each e-mail...I know delays can happen but I would at least like to have known...

I checked on the hptuners forum and ken responded, keith is sick so thats what happened....it was shipped friday so I should get it next week...on a sidenote I hope hes ok
I hear that HP Tuners is a great product, so I hope it is worth the trouble. I can't start my car until I receive their product. I have waited two weeks and now they tell me they are out of stock. Just gives me indigestion. sigh...
I have been waiting for my EIO upgrade now for going on 3 weeks! Keith finally e-mailed me back and said they would process my order immediately, that was on 10/11/05. Hope to get is soon, I only have about three more weeks before the track closes!
I'd like to voice my experience with Hp Tuners. Prior to me ordering their product I had a number of questions that I needed answered which I couldn't find answers for here on LS1Tech. Every e-mail I sent was responded to promptly and once I ordered the software I recieved it within the time frame they stated. After I had the software and began tuning I had a problem with the enhanced IO which they guided me through via e-mail correspondance that occurred quickly, so in my particular case I have nothing but good words for the guys at HPT.
I'm glad someone posted this. I ordered my HP tuners on the night of Sunday October 2nd and now it's going on Oct 26 and I have yet to get it. It's real irritating because I've received no status on my order or any notifications to why it's taking so long, I've written emails and Keith does respond, but he tells me different things. First email said it was shipping out. Then 2 weeks later I write again and he tells me he's waiting on new parts to come in and it should ship the next day. Another week and change later still nothing and no word on what's going on. I've missed quite a few race days because of this and now the tracks are about to close for the winter.
