Not happy with Speed Engineering and Kooks
Just to inform others we tried to drop ship the entire order, but Kooks would not let us with that volume of an order. So we were forced to have everything shipped here. Which you can imagined cost us a lot of additional money. If you are interested in a tracking number please just pick up the phone and give us a call. We don't have any ones email to send out tracking numbers to. So feel free to contact us. Please let us know if you have any inquires we will try and help you the best we can. These type of posts destroy our company's appearance dramatically. So please let us know first.

Bastards. Now I will end up hood closed to avoid the embarassment of having a block off plate on one side only. Anyone make a plate I can weld over the air tube hole if I cut the tube off? If so, can I get it laser etched to say "**** KOOKS"? You know those little tacked on plates that Heddman and others have, just one a little more special.

Drew 778 = I called Kooks several weeks ago. George Jr. told me it was taken care of. We even faxed another P.O to be on the safe side. I then called a coupple weeks later, just because i had not heard anything either way. He still had not shipped it out. I have no idea why. So I was very straight foward with him and let him know we needed to get these things out. Now he is charging my personal card for another set. Plus i have to pay for shipping for there mistake. They are making us pay for basicly one header for you and one for us to match the one you have. I just called this morning also to check up on it again the parts went out for sure yesterday. I am honesly doing the most i can to get you the right parts. Kooks is the one that is dropping the ball i promise you.

I gave you the opportunity to call my personal cell phone to make sure it would go out that day. You did not call. So i called you the next day to check up and find out if you still wanted it. You said yes, that means is goes out three day at that point. If you wanted it there by the weekend it would have to have gone out 2 day. In what part of this is it our falt? I gave you my cell phone # to call me on vacation just to make sure it goes out. You did not.

Im done. Sorry but I will not be a returning customer. I mean look at it my way. When I bought the drag bar from you it was like $15.00 to ship it and it got here in 6 days. I paid $75.00 and got it in the same amount of time.
I know its more wieght but it should have been here. Its done and over with. Ill make sure to tell my SAFBA not to shop there. Since a member asked me to get it since he was impressed on the deal YOU gave me on the drag bar and etc. Sorry to jump on the bandwagon. I just felt since this thread was here I would post my concerns. Rather than make another thread. And this all boils down to poor communication, Mine and yours. You called me late Monday. Spohn was closed for the day. So i told you in order to get an accurate three day quote. I would have to call them in the morning. I did. Then i called you tuesday morning on my way to Vegas, no one answered so i left a message to call my personal cell phone to make sure that 3 day quote was ok. I never heard back. So i called you on wednesday morning in Vegas. I was able to get ahold of at that point to make sure you wanted to pay for the addtional shipping. You agreed. On wednesday you did not say anything about it being there by the weekend. So at that point i called Spohn right after i got off the phone with you and placed the order. It was then shipped out three day. I am confused what did we do wrong?
