First off Sean I called and PM'd you what was going on you told me to call Kooks direct, George at Kooks to me that I should be dealing with you.

George also said he'd get back to me later that day(10/10/05), 8 days later and only after I posted this, I'm getting results

I got a voice message from George @ Kooks 10/18/05, but I was in the NICU all day with my son.

I still have not gotten a PM or call from you yet Sean

DREW778, Sorry to read about your son bro and I hope everything go's alright for him. But I think that this is bull that you have to do all this calling around when you paid for your product and I think that if speed eng need's to get on the ball here take care of this on their own and not expect you to be calling them when they already know what need's to be fixed.


P.S. Me and my family will have your son in are pryer's and that is coming from a father to a father bro.

I've made 2 large orders from Speen Eng. and they have been great to me. Both items were @ my door 7 days from the phone call, and im on the other side of the us...

Im glad everything is getting better for your son.

Option #3 if you paid with a credit card.Call your credit card company and see if you can stop payment because they sent you the wrong product.

Yeah, get my money back....can we go half on the other set Bastards. Now I will end up hood closed to avoid the embarassment of having a block off plate on one side only. Anyone make a plate I can weld over the air tube hole if I cut the tube off? If so, can I get it laser etched to say "**** KOOKS"? You know those little tacked on plates that Heddman and others have, just one a little more special.

So what? I wonder if this is Kook's way of getting rid of overstock items. Send the wrong overstock item to the customer in hopes that the customer is willing to just keep something that he didn't really want. If the customer insists on getting what he ordered, then they play the waiting game hoping that the customer caves in. Drew, don't cave in! Get your money back. Start all over again. Learn from this experience. Don't let them profit off of you after such poor customer service.

really, i mean you didnt spend 350 bucks on some crappy a$$ flowtechs,or equiv...you spent GOOD money and ALOT of it i might add for supposedly one of the "best" set of headers out there. For that kind of money, i would think they would not hesitate to fix you up..i mean..what is the problem really...i mean its not like you got them and said..oh i dont want them anymore..you got the WRONG part..i dont see the dilemma? what a bunch of crap..i know what they want..they want you to go ahead and install them bc they know you want to get your car going,as soon as you do theyll say no they have been used, no returns.. good luck with it all..if i were you,i wouldnt even bother..tell them you want your money back, and when they give you slack..plaster it all over tech and they will loose probably 60 percent of their f-body business. sure i know they do waaaaay more stuff then f-bodys,,but hey every little bit counts..

Well this company screwed me on shipping. I will not be giving them any of my business ever again! Ordered 3 day air on a wednesday and paid $75.00 for shipping. Didnt get it untill 5 days to get it. I am suprised since this isnt the first purchase Ive made from them.

Ok guys this is getting ridiculous. If you have a concern please call us we will honestly try and help you the best we can. Bandwagoning this post doent help anything, but destroy any future customers. We try and give you the best possible prices we can. Yes, mistakes do happen, but we try and work out the problem the best we can for you guys.

Drew 778 = I called Kooks several weeks ago. George Jr. told me it was taken care of. We even faxed another P.O to be on the safe side. I then called a coupple weeks later, just because i had not heard anything either way. He still had not shipped it out. I have no idea why. So I was very straight foward with him and let him know we needed to get these things out. Now he is charging my personal card for another set. Plus i have to pay for shipping for there mistake. They are making us pay for basicly one header for you and one for us to match the one you have. I just called this morning also to check up on it again the parts went out for sure yesterday. I am honesly doing the most i can to get you the right parts. Kooks is the one that is dropping the ball i promise you.

JMBlownWS6 = Look at the label on the box. It says 3 day. We paid for it just like you. Why should we pay you money out of our own pocket to you if everything is correct. I gave you the opportunity to call my personal cell phone to make sure it would go out that day. You did not call. So i called you the next day to check up and find out if you still wanted it. You said yes, that means is goes out three day at that point. If you wanted it there by the weekend it would have to have gone out 2 day. In what part of this is it our falt? I gave you my cell phone # to call me on vacation just to make sure it goes out. You did not.

Please call me if you guys have any problems or concerns. I will honestly try and help you the best i can. This Bandwagoning really hurts our business.

I am sorry for the confusion, but i did call you on tuesday to confirm shipping. I even gave you my personal cell phone number so you could get ahold of me at sema. I couldnt get hold of you until wednesday to confirm shipping. Plus is was late wednesday at that for spohn. Your part did go out 3 day. I called right after i talked to you. However if you wanted it by the weekend at that point you would have needed to ship it two day air. Here is your tracking number shipped 3 day.

So its my fault that it didnt go out Wed? And even it is was late that means Thurs,Friday and Sat? See my problem now! Im done. Sorry but I will not be a returning customer. I mean look at it my way. When I bought the drag bar from you it was like $15.00 to ship it and it got here in 6 days. I paid $75.00 and got it in the same amount of time. I know its more wieght but it should have been here. Its done and over with. Ill make sure to tell my SAFBA not to shop there. Since a member asked me to get it since he was impressed on the deal YOU gave me on the drag bar and etc. Sorry to jump on the bandwagon. I just felt since this thread was here I would post my concerns. Rather than make another thread. And this all boils down to poor communication, Mine and yours. You shouldnt have taken my order since you were on vacation. I appericate it but it backfired.

You called me late Monday. Spohn was closed for the day. So i told you in order to get an accurate three day quote. I would have to call them in the morning. I did. Then i called you tuesday morning on my way to Vegas, no one answered so i left a message to call my personal cell phone to make sure that 3 day quote was ok. I never heard back. So i called you on wednesday morning in Vegas. I was able to get ahold of at that point to make sure you wanted to pay for the addtional shipping. You agreed. On wednesday you did not say anything about it being there by the weekend. So at that point i called Spohn right after i got off the phone with you and placed the order. It was then shipped out three day. I am confused what did we do wrong?
