Having a hard time with Futral
On Oct 19 I ordered a F13 cam, pushrods, timing chain, oil pump, head bolts and some misc. gaskets and stuff to do a H/C swap on my car. It is now Dec 5 and still no parts. I called at about 2.5 weeks to see what was going on and they said "We are waiting on a shipment of cam and your timing chain." I thought ok you know no big deal, but I was not told when I ordered the parts that they were not in stock. "We should have you ready in a week or so." Well still no parts. So I give them until last monday. I called they said "we have sent after some oil pumps today, they should get ported tonight and ship out tommorrow." Should have it by now but I don't. Has anyone else had trouble getting things from them? I did alot of reading on this board about cams and decided the F13 would be best for me but its been really hard to get. I was charged for the order 2 days after I ordered it and I only ordered very common stuff,(no one off cam or anything) and didn't figure it should take near this long. I hate to post any bad things about a buisness but this is just not right. They could have parts drop shipped if they didn't have them. So if you read this Futral send me my stuff or call me and tell me that you cannot complete my order and refund my money. I'm just glad I didn't go ahead and tear it down.

Whats up Andy? I haven't talked to Ryan lately. Called Futral today and talked to someone and told me that they couldn't find my ticket, and that Blake usually handles that and will call me tomorrow.

Blake did call me today and got an item that was missing from my order dropped shipped from someone else and that my order would ship out today. I can't say that everything is resolved until I get it, but I believe it is. Blake was very kind today on the phone and was sorry for what has happened. So I appreciate that Blake. Steve-O sorry to hear about the tranny...again. I'll prolly have a broke rear end before long if that makes you feel any better? Wtf is Cory talking about he has the fastest car out of all of us, the white TA aint skeerd. Did he buy another car or something
