Yea... Patriot Performance knows how to treat customers! This goes out as a huge thank you to Gunnar at Patriot for fixing me up. There was a problem with my relatively new motor and the timing chain breaking. All the valves except two hit the pistons and were damaged. The sponsor that these heads were purchased from has been unwilling to help thus far (a month of emails). Within 20 minutes of sending Gunnar a PM explaining the situation and asking for a quote to fix the heads he calls me directly and offers to repair all the damages for FREE! Him not having anything to do with the motor or timing chain and then offering to help much less for no charge blows my mind.
It is one thing to have great customer service during the sale but when you have problems and find out how the company treats the situation (and you) really tells the story on how they operate. Thank you again for your stellar commitment to the customers when they need it!
