Where Is Textralia?!

Where Is Textralia?! Hello Everyone,
I have an issue with Textralia at the moment. I ordered their clutch about a month ago, and it took forever to get here....thats ok because i know they were backed up quite a bit.
So, i got the box, and when I picked it up, the alignment tool fell out!! This worried me, so I opened up the box and I'm missing stuff!!
This is what I had in the box,
The complete preassembled flywheel/pressure plate ect.. that was inside another little white box
The alignment tool
A little bearing ( number B657)
and the new Slave Cylinder
Looks like I'm missing the bolt kit and possibly some other things!!
I've called them about 3 times now and had to leave messages on all 3. Left my number of course and even called that Jeff guy in Dallas, and still no response. I'm starting to get frustrated!!
If Textralia, or someone can help me out, let me know cause I need to get my clutch installed!!
I've heard that they have amazing customer service, so why have I not been contacted yet?

The bolt kit is what is holding the pressure plate to the flywheel. I got my kit last week and thought it looked a little empty as well. I had everything you did and thats all you need. Im nearly done with the install now.
I called Textralia with a question during the install and he was there to help, not sure whats going on...

I was speaking in future tense about the clutch in that post, everything else is installed =)
I did e-mail you as well a couple days ago, so you should have one floating around =D
But I'm glad to see that everything is there that I need. Thats all the information I needed, I was just a little confused why I could never get a hold of anyone!
