Called Dino to get a copy of my receipt for warranty purposes and he said just to send it back in to him and he'd take care of me. It was still under warranty - just barely - but that he'd prefer to handle the warranty exhcange himself as its often smoother. As soon as I told Dino it was in the mail (took a while, I was pretty busy) he said no problem. Got a brand new X50 in the mail shortly thereafter, works great.

I do my best to keep everyone happy, and give the best deals that I can. Customer service is very important to me, and if you ever have an experiance where things don't go well, or you're not happy, please let me know. Like said above, we get extremely busy, and sometimes things can slip through the cracks.
I'm getting ready to undergo a surgery in the next month... donating a kidney to my son. So I'll be out for a while, but I think my guys at the shop can carry the ball while I'm down. I'm giving access to my account here to my Internet Sales Manager (Scarecrow Joe), so that he may still help anyone here while I'm gone.
