first off, i didn't sell you anything, and second, they didn't ask you to order anything, it's not like they're putting off building whatever you ordered just to **** you off. Dan from Wolfe is a member of this site, you should PM him and see what he says.

Ummm, that wasn't directed towards you, it was directed towards Wolfe. If Wolfe is in the process of moving, they should have let him know that they were in fact moving and that there would be a delay. It doesn't look like they communicated that to him, so lay off!

first off chump this theard has nothing to do with you and my post wasn't directed at you. secondly i don't expect them to stop doing there other business or whatever for me, i know their busy all the time and now i know there moving. but thats not an excuse to tell me there going to have something for me at a certain time period and not deliver. wolfee makes high quality **** and everyone knows it thats why i went with them instead of the other hundreds of cage builders out there. they just have to keep up with the demand. and yes i pm'd dan two weeks ago and he told me the same thing as over the phone. are you happy now bitch go **** off and stay THE **** OFF THIS THREAD. have a nice day

They do take a while but trust me, it is worth the wait. Mine took about 6 weeks to get but if I had to do it again, I would wait. The fit is great. Everyone in the industry is having trouble getting the material right now because of shortages and it is causing some delays. Give them a little more time and I am sure you will be glad you did.

Moparnos, keep it clean. No need to blow up at the guy - he's obviously a newbie(check post count AND his registration date).

skipperbisket - please do not post in the feedback sections unless you are DIRECTLY involved in the situation. thanks!

as was mentioned, Wolfe is pretty busy right now. I'm waiting on a sponsor to get an order in from Wolfe and its taking longer than expected - but thats why you wait - b/c they're the best.

I feel your pain all too well. I ordered a 6 pt bolt-in mild steel with 3 other guys here on island to save a little on shipping costs. We ordered our stuff in December during the sale. January I call, Dan says they are backordered like 50 cages from the sale they had and it would be a couple more weeks. January 28th our track has a Pro-gas event, none of us can race since no bars. (Banned from the track until get cage put in).

Now its Febuary 2nd call Wolfe - response: 2 more weeks.
Febuary 15th call again - response 2 more weeks.

Now I'm just ranting here for the simple fact that the ONLY TRACK on this island is closing for good-never to be opened again next month (March). No replacement track is being built. I know Wolfe is the best but WTF!!!! If I would have known I would be getting service like this I would have had one built on island so I can race before the track closes

I'm trying to patient but now I can't race because no cage.

Would have been nice if Wolfe's website said something like hey yall bear with the delays we are moving shops. Then would have known to make other arrangements.

Guys;

We do apologize for the delay. We are working extra hours and has quickly as possible to get orders filled.

The Christmas sale did put us behind as it tends to do. But we are actually getting orders out faster this year than we did last year. Normally during December we sell 2 - 3 times our monthly average. But for some reason this January we match Decembers orders. If it wasn't for that we would probably be about caught up.

If you can just bear with us, everyone will be taken care of. We will get your order completed in and shipped just as quickly as we can.

Dan

I am also getting the 2 week run around. Im very unhappy with the customer service so far from ordering to trying to get updates on this. You call up and get the blow off like your bugging them. I also ordered my roll bar during the christmas sale. Now that I know you are doing this to everyone You got one more week to get mine done or Im canceling my order. I still have to wait up to a month to get the damn thing here in Hawaii after its made. When I ordered no one said anything about having to make them or being backed up. If I would of known what I do now I wouldnt have bothered with it.

Just want to make sure you didn't miss that little fact Dan.

He aint bullshitting when he says ANOTHER MONTH from the time you ship it to the time we receive it here on island.

Next time I'll be able to race legally will be in 2 years when the military transfers me (make it 5 years if transfered overseas again)

If you were in our situation, you might lose patience too.

Before someone else does it I'll go ahead and post it
