We've already hired Zach back to help in-between his school schedule. There was additional help hired for shipping, and for the cylinder head dept @ PRC. We are looking for one more full time sales consultant, but I think we have everyone hired that knows anything about what we sell already in our area. No sense hiring someone that has to forward 90% of the calls because they can't handle a simple tech question.

If you PM me a name and number, I'll have one of the guys call you in between in-coming phone calls.

Sorry for the troubles getting through. We are working as fast as we can and answering all the phone calls we can get to. PM me with your name and number and I will call you tomorrow and we'll get you fixed up!

Thanks!

Good to see you've taken on more help. Maybe extending operating hours until you get caught up would help solve the issues TSP is having. Apparently, you have a reputation for having a very capable crew and just an additional hour per day would prob get you caught up pretty quick. I plan to buy from TSP in the future if things get better ... good luck.

Joseph, if you can compete with my current salary I'll move out there and handle some sales for ya! I work for a community college district so I don't make **** to begin with, even as a lead network engineer

I think that the best answer would be to open a second store in Nashville or Louisville so the people in KY and TN can just drive up and talk face to face and avoid those pesky shipping charges. We don't really have any locals that carry much of a variety, so how bout it?

I ordered my Rumbler TD's 2 weeks ago and for 10 days now have had a tracking number saying that the "billing information has been received" and UPS says no package has been received by them. Everytime I call TSP they put me on hold and come back saying its on the truck getting shipped today or tomorrow. I don't know what to do. I'm thinking by the time I get parts, I'll be in Iraq for 9 months.

Jon,
Like I've said before, it has to be UPS. My boy used to work for them and I know how much they can mess around with packages. Kudo's to you and the rest of the staff there!!! You're doing your best.

Mine were on my doorstep when I got home last night. Too bad they didn't ship last week, as promised. I can't used them now, so, UPS is coming to pick them back up. Kinda' reminds me of Scott Jantzer how he used to provide a tracking number and he wouldn't ship the product until a week or two later. UPS would send a tracking number stating the data had been ELECTRONICALLY transmitted to them, which does NOT mean the product shipped ... great way to smooth things over, though.

Jack,

I don't know how you are getting that I gave you a tracking number and waited to ship the x-pipe to you. So, to show that I didn't lie I went back and found the email I sent along with all the tracking info.:

EMAIL:

From: Jon@Texas-Speed
To: jbrumley
Date: Thursday, March 09, 2006 11:53 AM
Subject: Order Status

Jack,
I talked with Brian this morning. There was a hold up on the Rumbler X for the clams. I apologize for the hold up. You will have an email from UPS tonight with a tracking number. The tracking number is the following:

1ZYA10820341410992

You can track it on UPS.com. I didn't recieve you last e-mail requesting and update on the order. That is why you didn't receive an update. Again, I appologize for delay.

Thanks!
Jon

NOTICE: UPS authorizes you to use UPS tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of UPS tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.

Notice how the date of the email and the date the package was scanned in by UPS is on the same day. I don't know how you can say I waited to send you the package when the day you recieved the tracking number and the day it left are on the same day. Maybe I'm crazy... I told you in the email that there was a delay due to clamps. Like I said before, if you hadn't posted calling me a liar without sending me another email or at least called me, I WOULD HAVE SENT IT TO YOU 2ND DAY AIR!!! I guess if you feel you need to keep calling me a liar that's fine. But, I didn't hold your package for the fun of it or any ridiculous accusations you have been making. Most people can understand that something funny is going on when a sponsor will eat shipping both ways to NOT sell to a customer!

Jon,

I can waste an hour going back and quoting things and rebut just about everything you just said. It's a waste of time. I'm throwing in the towel if that makes you happy.

This wasn't so much about the shipment after the 9th, anway. It's about you commitment you made to me. I made things clear that I had to have them by last Friday and if you could not ensure this, then, I could not order this setup form you. You committed multiple times by phone and said if they did not go out Friday-before-last, you would DEFINITELY get them out the following Monday the 6th 3-5 day UPS ground. Two days later, I sent you an email asking you if they shipped as promised. You did not reply, until I posted something in the Sponsor's feedback section. Then, you told me you forgot to notify me they were on hold for clamps.

So, I don't care about a UPS tracking number becuase I was already screwed by then, anyway. BTW, UPS still has not shown up to pick up the exhaust system. It's been sitting out on my porch since 5:00 a.m. this morning. I didn't see you quote the original conversation you and I had about the commitments you made.

Move on with life and forget about it. It's water-under-the-bridge as far as I'n concerned. Anyway, don't take things so personal. You'll spend your life chasing your tale. I sincerely hope you can just move on. I have.
