Ordered drilled/slotted......received (1) week later these slotted ONLY: Called Brian 3/1/06 and said these fronts look horrible and got RMA (return authorization) for the fronts. Sent back to WSD on Monday, 3/6/06.
Called and finally got thru on Thursday, 3/16/06 and asked if replacements had been sent. Jon said he wasn't sure and would call me back. Called back and said were shipped out on Thursday, 3/16/06 and he would call me to confirm slotted ONLY on Friday 3/17.
Today, Tuesday, 3/21/06.....still no return call and still no rotors. So bottom line, I ordered these almost (4) weeks ago, and still can't seem to get a straight answer.
At least a courtesy phone call to confirm CORRECT items were sent would have been appreciated. Still trying to work this out, but at this point I am tired of getting a voicemail, especially calling to California from the East Coast. I genuinely believe they are slammed on orders, and are doing the best they can, but when $354.00 has been spent, and nothing to show for it, you kinda get antsy, especially w/intent of install at EOM (end of month)
Now I sits and waits for another couple days for delivery.........

I am now going on the 5th week, and still no complete set of rotors! Can't say I will EVER order from this company again. Bad enough my order and the quality gets screwed up, but now this 2+ week delay all because someone can't put a label on a box correctly?
Seems the rotors were recalled by WD b/c they sent the wrong rotors! Now waiting to see when they plan on sending out the correct ones.
Geez.......what a nightmare!
