I've financed three different vehicles thru Capital One, never had any issues at all. They were very easy to deal with, even for the blank check stuff and their payoffs. So, not everyone thinks they are "screwing" them.

We had a thread addressing just that. Several members were very displeased with their customer service. Tony im glad you havent any problems with Capital One but they in my (and a few others on here apparently) case they have aweful customer service. I have never been so turned off by a companies customer service. If you have a Sponsor feedback section and members are un happy with a sponsors service - its should be allowed to be seen.
