Mike, call your credit card company and tell them you have not received the kit. Tell them it has been on back order and you keep getting excuses and your tired of waiting. They will do a charge back and you can move on to better things. Everyday you listen and believe what Marko is saying, is a other day your money is in jeopardy of being lost. You have been patient long enough! It's time for you to be in the drivers seat and in charge of the situation. Good Luck

Today is the last day, I'm sending a letter to my CC company to see if they can do a chargeback, and contacting my attorney Monday to see what my options are.

Okay, for the record I left two messages for Marko on his cell phone to try to help those guys. Either way I'm uncomfortable having them as a advertiser if they can't get back to people.

I know you guy's don't want to hear this but everyone pull your money out if you can. Being a longtime Member here I've seen this way too many times.Seams like all the Turbo company's do this- promise a kit and never ship them,then walks off with the $$.It does not take over 2 months to fully build kit's like this nevermind the wait you guy's have been doing.

Sorry I posted this up but I hate it when a company screws people like this

If they are not getting back to you in a reasonable timeframe do what you have to do.

Well, I guess Marko flat out lied to me. He told me on the phone he gave me the refund last Monday, and it had debited from their account last Wednesday. I think in 8 business days I should've seen the refund. This is going to be fun getting my money back. Truthfully PSJ, I wish you hadn't tried to help, because I would've did the chargeback a month ago.

I cant help but wonder...best case scenario... thay sent a complete kit to China for fab..and ordered many sets..and git burned themselves... just a late night thought.

The lack of communication is bottom of the barrell crap .

Thanks, but I'll believe that when I have 100% of the money in my account. Until then, I'll just keep proceeding as I stated. As far as I'm concerned, I've already been screwed, even if I get the money this week. It's pretty freakin stupid that it's taken since 5/31, over a month, to get this done.

Well said. If you have not received product after 30 days of the initial debit to your account, you can charge it back. No need to write them, call and do it over the phone.

Still no money from HiFlo, and the CC company is dragging their *** on doing the chargeback. For those of you who can't read, I've called the CC company several times, they required a letter. I did get a fax # from them, so I didn't have to mail it. A big FU to Washington Mutual credit cards.

I'm going to try to call Marko again and see if he's willing to send a check. If not, and the CC company doesn't do the chargeback, I'm going to go to small claims court. According to the info I've gotten, I can also get additional money through small claims for filing fees, lost wages for going to court, and maybe interest on the "loan" I've given them. At this point, I don't care about the money, I'll give 100% of it to an attorney if I can't self-represent in small claims.

Weekly update, still no money or callback from HiFlo, and I'm in a "queue" with the CC company to have the charge-back investigated. Did I mention that Washington Mutual can eat me? I wonder if small claims court will look at my case without having waited for an answer from the CC company?
