Bill any updates to this list? Any particular reason you have not given us more specific updates? I assume you are the one that is coordinating pickups with UPS?

Here is that list again:

SellZ06: Has UPS tracking info for some stuff, not sure what
ABeast (Adam T): Not sure
52172: Has UPS tracking info for some stuff, not sure what
LSone (Zack L): Talking to attorney
Turbo LS1 SS: Has received all his parts
Mikm's01ta (Mike M): Supposedly getting refund in the next week or week and a half
2002/black/ss: patiently waiting for kit
