Well this doesn't bode well for hi flo, lets hope they are madly boxing up kits right now.
I really do hope they take care of you guys and that you guys are truely happy with the kit after you get all the pieces together.

I have a feeling you guys will be on your own after this ordeal, so don't be expecting too much else from ol Hi Flo.

john where did you hear three people where getting kits or parts???? I am at the top of their list and I have still not received a tracking number???????? Their PM box is full and so is their cell phone mail box??? I PM's them this morning still no reply as to if they are shipping ANYTHING today??? Keep us posted with any info please since you might be better at providing it than HI FLO. Thanks

Wow, I'd be scared by now. Theres NO reason not to at least call your customers and tell them ANYTHING, even if its to let them know their **** isn't ready. Thats just shady. I'm sorry, but as a business owner, I just don't see how there could be an excuse for customer service (or lack thereof) like this.

wait a second, so 3 people got their kits, or at least part of it? to me thats a really good sign, at least somethings happened, even if they dont call their costumers

 

I doubt they sent anything out today, and even if they did 3/20 is nothing, and at least one of those three was only 1/2 a kit. These guys are supposed to be doing everything at once and now they can only ship 3 at a time? Something stinks, perhaps its the bullshit spewing from bill and marko's mouths.
